Harry Turner

Naturalist and Founder, Emerald Arch

Harry Turner is an English naturalist who has spent over a decade working in the Amazon rainforest. Following the success of his Emmy award winning documentary, Wildcat, in 2022 he started his nonprofit, Emerald Arch (www.emeraldarch.org). Emerald Arch hopes to protect and conserve as much land as possible in the Cuyabeno region of Ecuador. With 184 acres currently being protected in one of the most biodiverse places on earth, he is on a mission to protect even more of these incredible wild places, wildlife and native population from the destruction that is being caused by local oil companies and the general changes brought about by climate change.
